I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in a house of 4 dudes in Baltimore. I’ll leaving amicably after two years to live w. my boo down by the train tracks. I assume my roommates have no preference with regards to gender or sex, although sometimes they wear robes or even just boxers around the house. It’s a fun domicile with a good sense of community. They enjoy cool music and clothes and play videogames often, usually where you shoot people. Many gatherings have been had, and the occasional rager. I think everyone’s growing up a little though.
Specs: huge, stately three story rowhouse located on a quiet street, in the historic neighborhood of Reservoir Hill; a brief-to-somewhat-brief walk from Druid Hill Park, MICA, Charles Village, and Station North; ample parking; abundance of snoball stands in the summer
Amenities: big screen TV; large, well-stocked kitchen; 1.5 bathrooms; agreeable cat; high ceilings; roof access; multiple staircases (!)
